Changing Times: the future of race equality in housing conference
This national housing conference took place on 22 October 2008 in London.
The aims of the day were:
- To consider how housing organisations can meet the equalities requirements now and in the future;
- To acknowledge the importance of the user voice and partnerships with black and minority ethnic communities;
- To explore how evidence on race equality in housing can be embedded in day to day practice
A keynote presentation was given by Iain Wright, Junior Minister for Housing.
