The Extending Choice and Participation in housing for black and minority ethnic communities conference took place on 19 November 2007 in London. This event enabled delegates to:
- hear and discuss recent evidence on choice and participation in housing for black and minority ethnic people;
- consider a range of practice initiatives that are bringing about change, and
- discuss how service users and employed staff can work together to better promote race equality and increase choice and participation.
