The Tenant Services Authority is the independent regulator for affordable housing in England. They work with social-housing landlords and tenants to regulate and raise the standards of services for affordable-housing tenants.

The Race Equality Foundation is a member of the TSA Equality and Diversity Board.  The board is advisory in nature and helps the Tenant Services Authority to embed equality and diversity. Members of the advisory board are appointed from a range of organisations and backgrounds, including tenants.
