This is our response to Government plans to increase local democratic legitimacy in health. Reflecting feedback obtained through regional ‘informed conversations’, some key themes include:

  • the role of HealthWatch
  • the relevance of the NHS Constitution
  • effective representation in Health and Wellbeing Boards.
