Good race equality practice in housing services

This workshop was run jointly with the Housing Diversity Network. The workshop aimed to:

• consider evidence on specific aspects of housing services, including tenant engagement, racist harassment and black and minority ethnic employment
• identify necessary changes to practice, and methods to implement them.
